WHAT'S EXPECTED

Meet a minimum service-hour requirement (shared at onboarding)
Join at least one planning committee
Complete a leadership training workshop and a professional development module
Take part in a fundraising effort
Represent The House of Darla at a public event
Attend the annual leadership retreat
Uphold the HOD Code of Conduct and our core values

Limited paid roles and stipends for eligible leaders, subject to funding
